This is Exciting!

Amy and I couldn't be more excited to keep in touch with you all. This Blog is a great idea and will act as a super resource for years to come. I thought I might post something just to get on the board. Well, Amy was a little cold going home after the reunion concert but I teased her enough that she stayed warm swatting me away and laughing. I loved that get together and was very excited to meet Lydia! Kris, you are one lucky man, but then, all of the Bungalow Boys have been very very blessed with the best Bungalow Gal we could ask for. I thought about Doug's comment that who would have thought a year and a half ago we would all end up in the same basement, learn to love each other, then rock together, then all find our sweethearts soon thereafter. It must be something in the Bungalow water. It was great to see Brian again, and I've ran into Rory on campus a few times the last couple of weeks. I hope we can remember those two as well, at least in prayers.

I have a request to put up for consideration: I was wondering if we could all post some of our favorite Bungalow memories for memories' sake just for the record and kind of use that as our beginning place to this Blog of Blogs. What do you think? For example I would put down something like, "Remember the mystery hole in the wall in the front room? How did that get there anyway?" or, "The time we had a movie musical showing in the backyard with the projector and that really good caramel popcorn," or, "Ants." Then we can either comment on that memory, or jot down a good one of our own. I think it might help out our better-halves understand why we are so crazy, about the Bungalow I mean.

Have a great day all, and I hope to see you all on here soon!

Don't Eat Pete Ignites into Reunion Rhythm

Fans were caught unawares as the sell-out crowding hometown bungalow band rocked again with rockin' tunes like "Come On Let Me In", "Dream Girl", and a special re-unmastered version of the crowd-pleasing classic "Pink Shirt Song."

Also, band member Kris Wente and fiance Lydia to-be Wente showed up the featured band with their opener debut of a Fiona Apple original.

"It was wonderful to go on a reunion tour again," said lead singer Adam Foster. "We rock better every time."

Mark and Amy Curtis even drove home to pick up Mark's rhythm-rockin', beat-blastin' shaker. "Mark looked at me with a flare in his eye and said, 'The boy's need me, '" said Amy reffering to Mark's comments as they left the Thai Rubi and her coconut drink.

"The only thing missing was Drew and Kristin," said Laura, Adam's Dream Girl.

"I'll say. The only thing they lacked was a lot of practice," said an anonymous passer-by. "I do hope I can hear those jivin' sounds exuding from these fantastic musicians again sometime though," he added.

Bungalow bunch begins a blog

Let's rock. It was so fun to get together again yesterday. I am so grateful for the friendship we have. Thanks Adam and Laura for organizing it. I hope we can, though out the years and the jobs and the children and the lives, keep in touch. This blog could be our constant Christmas card to keep up with how we are all doing. Thanks for all the rockin' times and let's keep rolling our rockin'.
